Before and Aftercare Programs

Before School and Aftercare Programs  

To provide a safe environment and structured program for its students, Holy Cross offers before school and aftercare programs for its students from grades Pre-K through 7. This program provides supervised time for recreational activities and homework and is mandatory for any students in grades Pre-K through 7 dropped off before 7:30 a.m. or any student in grades Pre-K through 7 not picked up by 3:30 p.m.   

Attendance is taken daily for these programs. Before School and Aftercare fees are billed and paid through Tuition Management. Charges will be added to the students’ monthly tuition payment and will be automatically drafted on the selected payment date (1st or 15th of each month). If signing up for monthly, semester or annual billing, please contact the Finance office to arrange billing 

Please note there is no after-school care on early dismissal days.  

All students must be picked up from aftercare before 5:30 p.m. Pick up after 5:30 p.m. will incur an additional fee of $15 per 15-minute segment until the student is picked up. After three times of being picked up late, the student will no longer be allowed to attend the after-school care program.

Before School and After School Care (Grades Pre-K through 4)  

Before School Care  

Students who arrive on campus between 7:00 and 7:30 are required to report to the dining hall. The cost for arriving between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. will be $20 per week or $4.00 daily.  

After School Care

  Students not picked up by 3:30 p.m. will remain in the dining hall for aftercare. 

Annually or Semi-Annually: $2,200 - Payment due by August 15, 2025 and January 15, 2026  
Per Semester: $1,100   
Daily: $18.00 per day  

After School Care (Grades 5 through 7)  

Before School Care  

Students who arrive on campus between 7:00 and 7:30 are required to report to the cafeteria. The cost for arriving between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. will be $15 per week or $3 daily. Between 7:30 and 7:50 a.m., students are allowed to congregate under supervision in the school yard behind the administration building at no charge.   

After School Care  

Students not picked up by 3:35 p.m. will report to Moreau Hall for aftercare. 

Annually or Semi-Annually: $2,200 - Payment due by August 15, 2025 and January 15, 2026  
Per Semester: $1,100   
Daily: $18.00 per day
